As part of SPEED INNOVATION on 10 October at the Design Campus in Calenzano FI, there will be a day of meetings that aims to provide ideas for manufacturing companies (Made in Italy, with particular attention to the interior design sector) to address future economic and social challenges, including through the exploration of tools, opportunities and skills.
The meeting is dedicated to all companies in the supply chain interior living environments, wood-furniture for the morning in which we will deal with important subjects such as FEDERLEGNO ARREDO, EFIC (European Furniture Industries Confederation) and technical subjects the theme of the new ECODESIGN PRODUCT REGULATION.
In the morning, presentations of existing tools to support enterprises are followed by training courses developed with Erasmus+ projects, co-design platforms for
sustainable design with AR/VR and AI.
The afternoon will be managed in collaboration with the extended partnership “MICS – made in Italy Circular and Sustainable” and coordinated with the textile and fashion district Next Technology Tecnotessile and the nautical district Navigo.
Thematic working tables will follow, with the companies directly involved.
